Hello!
Hi everyone, I'm planning to post astronomy, engineering, and other stuff like travel sometimes. But mostly educational/progress stuff. I've been to Japan twice, planning on Germany this summer. I do HEMA Fencing, currently rapier as that's all my schedule allows. I'm twenty as of this post. My biggest goal with this blog is to get better at writing and just to have a place to share what I learn.
I'm James and a university student (will not disclose collage lol), and I'm pursuing masters in mechanical engineering. I want to work at nasa or some space company, but honestly anything fun will do. Currently I'm a CNC Machinist, which i love but I'm getting bored of it, I could do it for another 5 so years but I cannot see myself retiring being a machinist.
My current projects yall can expect posts are homemade spectrometer/scope projects, Ill be testing out different diffraction grating solutions and slit sizes. Also I have my first camera for my telescope coming in tomorrow so you'll see what I get from that sometime soon, depending on weather.
